My husband and I are the proud parents of four kids, ages 14 to 9 months. We live in Rock Hill, South Carolina- which is a beautiful, friendly place! Our children keep us VERY busy with their sports and extracurriculars. I have been in the mortgage industry for 7 years. I love working with clients and helping them achieve their goals!

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
